    Search for your facility, or enter its details, and create your account.

  2. Set it up

    Add your bays, courts or nets, your prices and opening hours, and invite your staff.

  3. Take bookings

    Share your booking page and start taking bookings and payments online.

Simple, transparent pricing

A monthly or annual subscription that includes your transactions. All prices include VAT.

  • Starter

    £59 / month

    or £640 / year, saving £68

    50 transactions a month included, or 600 a year on the annual plan, pooled across the year

    Then £0.20 + 0.02% of the transaction value per transaction beyond the allowance

  • Standard

    £99 / month

    or £1,040 / year, saving £148

    250 transactions a month included, or 3,000 a year on the annual plan, pooled across the year

    Then £0.12 + 0.015% of the transaction value per transaction beyond the allowance

  • Premium

    £249 / month

    or £2,640 / year, saving £348

    1,000 transactions a month included, or 12,000 a year on the annual plan, pooled across the year

    Then £0.05 + 0.01% of the transaction value per transaction beyond the allowance

Card and Direct Debit processing fees are charged separately by Stripe or GoCardless, at their cost. Veta doesn't mark them up.

A transaction is a customer spending money at your facility: a booking, a lesson or a purchase. Wallet top-ups and refunds don't count.

Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and annual plans annually in advance. Transactions beyond the allowance are billed monthly in arrears.
